Megan Hill

Megan Hill is a chartered physiotherapist who works with patients of all ages to help them get out of pain and back to doing the activities they love. Megan believes it’s important to look at a client as a whole person and use movement to decrease pain and restore function. She uses techniques such as manual therapy, dry needling, exercise, and motor control training to help her patients reach their goals.

Megan has worked in private practice for her entire career, and she enjoys treating a diverse group of patients for sports and orthopaedic injuries, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and vestibular disorders, among other diagnoses. Megan also has experience helping patients with chronic pain. She uses pain neuroscience education including cognitive behavioural therapy techniques to help them reduce pain, improve function and decrease disability.

Megan qualified at the University of Illinois at Chicago (USA) with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and has had her qualification recognized by the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

In her free time, Megan enjoys running, skiing, hiking, cycling, sailing and spending time with her husband and rescue dog. She is active in the Kinsale Triathlon Club.
